Who we are

Cabral Multipecas LTDA, trading as Cabral Multipeças, Brazilian tax ID (CNPJ) 56.067.079/0001-22, a limited liability company registered as a micro-enterprise (ME), with its head office at R. Agílio Cruz de Souza, 691, Serrano, Belo Horizonte, MG, CEP 30882-630, Brazil. Main activity: specialized retail of parts and accessories for household electronic appliances, excluding computing and communication equipment (CNAE 47.57-1-00). Secondary activities: retail of electrical supplies (47.42-3-00) and specialized retail of home appliances and audio and video equipment (47.53-9-00).

We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy, which follows the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018, LGPD).

Data we collect

• Registration and contact: name, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp number, sent through the form, by e-mail or at the counter.
• Request details: brand, model and code of the appliance or part, photos sent by the customer and a description of the fault.
• Purchase and tax data: CPF or CNPJ, delivery address and the information needed to issue an invoice and handle warranty.
• Browsing records: IP address, browser, device and pages visited, generated by the infrastructure that hosts the site.
• Messages: the content of conversations held by e-mail or messaging app.

The contact form on this site writes nothing to a server: it only prepares a message in the visitor's own e-mail program, and the visitor decides whether to send it.

Purposes

• Locating the compatible part and answering quotes and questions;
• Completing sales, deliveries, exchanges and warranty service;
• Issuing invoices and keeping the accounting records required by law;
• Notifying you when a special-order item arrives;
• Meeting legal, tax and consumer-protection obligations;
• Keeping the site and the store secure.

Sharing

• Suppliers and distributors: only the appliance and part details needed to locate and order an item;
• Carriers and couriers: name, address and phone number for an arranged delivery;
• Service providers: accounting, payment processing, hosting and e-mail, bound by confidentiality;
• Public authorities: when required by law, tax rules or a court order.

Cookies

This site does not use its own tracking or advertising cookies. The hosting platform may set strictly technical cookies tied to security and page delivery. Blocking them in your browser does not prevent contact by e-mail or a purchase at the counter.

Retention

• Quote data: for as long as the negotiation lasts and a reasonable period afterwards, for follow-up;
• Purchase and invoice data: for the tax and accounting periods required by law, as a rule 5 years;
• Warranty and exchange data: for the legal warranty period and the applicable limitation period;
• Data processed on the basis of consent: until consent is withdrawn.

Once these periods end, the data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

• Confirmation that we process your data and access to it;
• Correction of incomplete or outdated data;
• Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data;
• Portability to another provider;
• Withdrawal of consent, with information about the consequences;
• Objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
• Information about the third parties the data was shared with.

Security

• Every page of the site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS);
• Access to e-mail and sales records is restricted to authorized people;
• Paper documents are kept in a controlled-access location;
• These practices are reviewed periodically.

Incidents that pose a relevant risk to data subjects will be reported to the ANPD and to the people affected within the periods set by law.

International transfers and external links

The hosting and e-mail services we use may keep data on servers outside Brazil. When that happens, the transfer relies on the grounds allowed by the LGPD, such as countries with an adequate level of protection or specific contractual clauses. Links to manufacturers' or other third-party sites lead to pages with their own policies, which this document does not cover.

This policy may be revised when the law, the services we use or the way we serve customers changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the revision date shown at the top.
